I was born in Taiwan, and immigrated to Canada in the summer of 1995. Even though I started off my career in a science lab, I have never lost my passion for arts. During my last year at University of Toronto in 2005, I was introduced to Autodesk Maya by one of my friends working in the 3D industry, and I fell in love with animation ever since. After sometime working in the lab, I decided to go to Vancouver Film School for a year of intense training. In 2007, my first ever demo reel, A Remedy for Happiness, was created, and I received an Honour Diploma in 3D animation and Visual Effect.
